The free trolley runs every 20 minutes the length of Anna Maria Island. Pets are welcome with a fully refundable $200 pet fee, If you book with us again, we waive the fee. This place was plenty clean. I had no concerns of cleanliness. Just about everything was, as stated in the description. The grill is Charcoal. So, if you are depending on it for a dinner night (like we were) be aware of that. :( we did use the beach chairs and umbrella. The coffee pot is standard. Don’t buy Pods like we did based on the pictures!!!!! The bathroom is the smallest bathroom I’ve ever had to use. I couldn’t even shave in the shower it was so small. There was everything else we needed. All kitchen amenities were there and plenty of blankets/sheets! I appreciated extra blankets. There is no TV in the bedroom. The walk to the beach was perfect. Very short, right across the street! Going to Bridge Street was 0.4 miles. Not a bad walk! Owner/manager was available quickly and pleasant. ##### Jennifer S. You are steps away from the concrete piers and great fishing. The unit is small but very clean and neat. The kitchen area is well stocked and having chairs and an umbrella is a plus!
