- Completely renovated ground floor condo and with the modern "beachy" decor it will make you feel like you're REALLY on vacation!
Located on beautiful Anna Maria Island (whose beaches are rated in the top 10 in the U.S), your villa is just a 1 minute walk to the beautiful white powdery sand beach. Shops, restaurants and entertainment is everywhere around you, yet your villa is very private and quiet and is only a 2 minute walk to the intracoastal waterway, where you can stroll along the pier.
The unit has a modern full kitchen, a pull out queen sofa bed, king size bed in the bedroom, washer/dryer and is supplied with beach chairs, beach umbrella, beach towels and a cooler. The front porch has chairs for relaxing with your morning coffee or your favorite beverage during sunset....there are chairs by the heated pool and out on the pier where you can sit and read, relax or fish. The free trolly is just steps away to take you around the island to explore. There are restaurants and shops within walking distance. Come to Florida's Gulf Coast for a true, relaxing and rejuvenating getaway!
