She was always very gracious and helpful during our stay Our room was very large and had a great view of the mountains from the 9th floor. I believe there are only 2 rooms on the top floor, so it was perfectly quiet. The complimentary spa facilities were lovely The hotel is conveniently located, it’s a pleasant walk to Skanderbeg Square as well as many restaurants. I would definitely stay there again "

"It was particularly quiet. It felt like a little hideaway from a city that’s already buzzing. It was relatively central. The staff is lovely, very polite and helpful. Great hospitality. My room was divine, very spacious. Facilities are very modern. It was my first time in Albania and they made me feel very safe. "

"No elevator. Reception area is the dental office. Working air conditioner. Keycard entry. Very clean. I had a full length mirror in my room. Staff was extremely nice and there was free breakfast in their restaurant around the corner. Unfortunately, I couldn't find it! Hahaa! I looked twice!! Close to City Center. Food places all over. Will save as a Favorite. "
