The main floor (V1) features two bedrooms, one bathroom, an efficiency kitchen, and a private entrance, while the upper floor (V2) includes a master suite, one bathroom, a full kitchen, and a private balcony.

Located on the Vintage Estate grounds, Vintage House is a completely separate residence from Rouse House (RH), which is not included in this listing. Guests at Vintage House will have exclusive access to both V1 and V2, along with designated areas for their private use, including two off-street parking spaces.

For ease and security, coded locks provide seamless access to both suites. The exterior grounds are monitored by a security camera system, ensuring a safe and private stay.
