I have stayed here about a dozen times. The beds are comfortable and the rooms are quiet. I do not hear any noise from the highways or the other rooms. The hot tub water is never hot, the breakfast is always horrible (limited options) and the coffee in the morning is some of the worst coffee I’ve ever had. But for the price, it’s a convenient location and a good nights rest. It’s great for someone who is traveling through and not interested in spending much time at the hotel. I give it a solid 3/5 stars.

The property was clean and well maintained. I mean clean, one of the cleanest properties I've stayed in. The staff was friendly and helpful. It was odd that our key cards had to be reprogramed everyday.

Checking in was easy and friendly. Close driving for meals. For kids, McDonald’s is close. For a budget friendly hotel, we were pleased with amenities and cleanliness.

Not much for food in the area. Called on my check in date and they couldn’t get me in any earlier. Couldn’t even get me in at the 3pm check in time. Not happy about that.

Very good value. Would stay again. Small but nice rooms with a: tv, fridge, microwave, and coffee maker. Hot tub and pool were enjoyable. The breakfast is basic, but it did have yogurt, hard-boiled eggs, a waffle maker, toast, English muffins, regular muffins, cereal, juice, coffee, tea and probably a few other things I’m forgetting. Considering the price, I think this is more than enough to fill yourself up for free and I think anyone who disagrees has a problem with what is expected not what is delivered. Allie, Angie, and Robin were all very nice and helpful, especially Robin who seemed to be working most of the times I needed anything. Recommended.

The young lady at the front desk was polite and helpful. I can tell she takes pride in her work. I don't know what you pay her but you should double it. Very few employees out there are as friendly and welcoming as her.

Has a nice hot tub/pool but unfortunately was out of order during our stay. Staff upgraded our room to a jacuzzi suite!

I arrived 15 min prior to check in (3pm) and was not allowed to check in because they claimed to have no rooms available. Having worked in the hotel business for 9 years I find that very hard to believe. I was not checking in hours before! Just 15 min. Very odd for sure. Make sure to check in at 3:00pm on the dot because otherwise you’ll be rejected with a not so friendly service.

Housekeeping knocked on my door at 930 am. Check out is at 11. Room was small and stuffy but pretty nice all things considered. Not the best , not the worst. Front desk staff was very friendly. Room was clean and smelled okay.

It was an average stay. However, the pool was out of order and the blow dryer in the room was broken. Also, the walls seemed very thin as I could hear the people next door quite easily. Beds were comfy though.

The property would not check us in stating they did not have our reservation. The front desk person Dee was rude and short tempered. I even called a week in advance to double check the reservation. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Not even my dogs would stay there.

The front desk clerk was curt and totally flippant. The manager came in so I repeated my concerns, broken phone in room no towels, was given a regular room and I had booked a suite. The manager said, and I quote, "well I'll look in to that but if you are going to be a disgruntled guest maybe you should just go elswhere" I have NEVER been treated this badly.
