Sunrise and sunsets are amazing from the living room and deck. This barn has mud room at entrance, 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom, and full kitchen and outdoor shared fire pit and grass area. Upstairs bedroom is a open loft area looking over living room with mountain views. Located on the same property as Bridger view studio and Bridger view cabin, and less than 10 min from downtown Bozeman, 5 min to airport. If you are renting a car we now have cars for rent. No pets Inside there are all the comforts of home with all the amenities included. Kitchen is fully stocked with spices for cooking, pots and pans, silverware, dishes, coffee-maker, and much more. Includes washer and dryer with detergent, towels in both bathrooms as well as soap and shampoo/conditioner. Barn offers unobstructed views of the mountains from the deck, living room and loft. Reclaimed timbers, unique rustic touches, and high end finishes throughout make this a truly incredible place to stay. Downstairs bedroom has queen bed, living room has high end air mattress, upstairs loft has queen bed. Hosts have been in Bozeman for 20 plus years and can help with everything from best places to ski, hot springs, dining, things to do and places to go. With the growing demand and past guest having difficulty renting cars we now have cars and SUV’s available to rent at the following link, just take out the "dot com" and add .com: turo dot com /us/en/drivers/17933130\. . There is also a studio and cabin available on the same property for rent if you need more room. At the bottom of the page where is says hosted by Nicki, click on my picture and it will show all our listings. Bridger view studio and Bridger view cabin are on the same property. Walk in the door outside to the left of the garage door, up the stairs and the unit is the first door on the right. There is an east and west unit, this is the east unit. Laundry and entry way is a shared unlocked space but each unit has has unique lock code only allowing access to that unit. I loved the property and all the little details of the barn. A warm and comfortable place to stay. Nicki and her daughter were super sweet and wonderful hosts. The rustic-modern aesthetic, with its open layout matched the listing perfectly, and the space was spotlessly clean. Its location is ideal—close to the airport, a short drive from downtown. The hosts were responsive, addressing, and their daughter’s kind gesture of delivering homemade treats on our final day was a delightful touch.However, the furnishings significantly detracted from our stay. The sofas were worn, with broken or reclining mechanisms, and felt overdue for replacement. The absence of a dining table or standard chairs was a major inconvenience, as the kitchen island’s barstools didn’t suit working, playing games, or enjoying a proper meal. A small table and chairs would greatly improve functionality.The sleeping arrangements were another challenge. The downstairs mattress was extremely firm, uncomfortable for side sleepers like me, while the upstairs mattress sagged severely in the center, making it unsuitable for couples. My wife and I slept separately to cope, and I ended up on the daybed, which was adequate but cramped. New mattresses would make a world of difference. Additionally, the loft’s large east-facing window lacks curtains, so expect to wake at sunrise.Overall, the stunning design drew us in, but the outdated furnishings and uncomfortable beds left us disappointed, with poor sleep impacting our vacation. ##### Scott W. This is such a unique place to stay! The converted barn is absolutely stunning in craftsmanship and so cutely decorated. All the little details truly were impressive. The owners converted a couple of other buildings into guest rentals on their property and I would love to see how they designed/decorated them too because they are so talented! It is nice that they live right on the property to help with anything and are super quick to answer questions or requests. They were so warm and welcoming and accommodating - such great hosts! We loved the views from the deck and big picture window- what a way to wake up each morning to see the sun rise over the mountains- so beautiful! The beds were super comfortable.
