Enjoy the open layout and privacy from the main house. There is a private, separate entrance to access the guest suite. This basement apartment stays cool during Bozeman\`s beautiful summers, but there is a fan to help cool down or provide some white noise. The apartment is heated with central heat plus one plug-in radiator. But there was no outdoor space we were allowed to use, the property description to the contrary. Nice bathroom, but poor lighting in living room and bedroom. We had to borrow lamps from our daughter. Very noisy from upstairs occupants in the mornings and once after midnight. Asked management for extra hangers for our 10 day stay and where we should take the trash. Got a glib response “you’re welcome to use the hangers that are there” to my first request. About the trash, the management replied “oh the owner takes care of that.” I wrote back and said I’d leave it outside the door. Won’t stay there again. ##### Clyde A.
