You can hear the trains passing through at night, which is very nostalgic and comforting. The unit had everything you would need and is true to its heritage. It is charming and comfortable. Very close to everything which was nice since we didn't rent a vehicle so we were able to walk basically anywhere downtown within a few minutes. The owner provided coffee/creamer however if you wanted anything fancier there is a coffee shop located on the bottom floor of an apartment building one block from the house.
