"Front door of the property broken. Swimming pool closed down for supposed maintenance.Stains on the carpet, cigarette burns in the curtains. Water pressure was horrible in the shower. Staff refused to honor a noon check out instead of the regular checkout time of 11 AM. The extra hour would’ve cost me an additional $25. Make sure you check Google reviews and do not just rely on Expedia reviews. That was my mistake."

"A dated property that has been kept up. Popcorn ceilings. Good Location if you deal with West Omaha. Easy Parking. Breakfast was cold. Front Desk Staff friendly. The closet was pegs on the wall with hangers."

"Our experience staying here for the past 4 years , about 3-4 times per year, continues to be excellent. The staff are all kind and professional. They all go outta their way including Graciela and Rinaldo, who ensure the guests get a top-notch breakfast experience . Pam, the manager , is always so helpful… John works night shift and it’s always a pleasure to see him again. The pool is clean.. the rooms are spotless .. no complaints ! It might be helpful to have a way to watch Netflix or streaming shows, even if we used our log-in credentials to access.. A second elevator might also be appreciated . Thank you. Paige Walsh"

"House was a great location and seemed well maintained. Overall good stay. Lowered rating to 4 stars for a few reasons: WiFi was not available for the weekend; very few towels provided, with only 3 full size towels for 4 people; sheets and bedding shoved in closet on floor didn’t get me great confidence in the cleanliness of the bedding. However, the house seemed clean. "

"We had another great stay here—this was our second time, and it did not disappoint. The home has plenty of space, which made it perfect for our large group. Everyone was comfortable, and the layout really works well for accommodating multiple people. Garrett and Tiffany were excellent hosts—very accommodating, responsive, and easy to work with from start to finish. They made the whole process smooth and stress-free. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone traveling with a group."

"We had a great stay at this property in March/April 2026 with our elementary aged kids and dog. The neighborhood is nice and quiet but conveniently located to hop on the interstate to the zoo or downtown. Also we found plenty of restaurants and stores nearby and enjoyed Prehistoric Putt. The house is nice and very spacious, and the kitchen is quite well-appointed. We appreciated the 2 separate living spaces in the living room and basement. The king master and 3 queens are all together on the upper level, which was perfect for us, and there is a set of twin bunkbeds in the basement. The mattresses were a bit firm for our taste, but the linens are very nice.You can park in the double garage, which is a nice extra feature. Kids loved the games in the basement. There are coat hooks by the garage door, closets in every bedroom, and two vanity cabinets in the master bath—great touches to help keep things organized. Keep in mind there are a lot of stairs here—3 half flights because of the split level.Our dog made good use of the fenced backyard and it was helpful that the kitchen was gated to contain him when we left. The yard could use some cleanup where it looks like there used to be a pool, he got a little muddy on rainy days.The host was very responsive and friendly. We found one small problem with a dripping pipe, and he let me decide whether to have someone come in to fix it while we were there or wait until we left—very accommodating. "
