The fully equipped kitchen has everything needed to prepare meals at home, including full-size appliances, cookware, a blender, toaster, coffee maker, kettle, and more. Gather around the dining table for family meals or relax in one of the comfortable living areas. Enjoy entertainment throughout the home with four Smart TVs, including a 65-inch TV with Xfinity Stream.

The home features 3 bedrooms, along with a flexible bonus room with its own private entrance that can be used as an office, den, or additional sleeping space for added privacy and convenience. Sleeping arrangements include a master bedroom with a king bed and ensuite bathroom, a guest bedroom with a queen bed, a second guest bedroom with two twin beds, and a third guest bedroom with a twin bed plus an additional twin available if needed and its own ensuite bathroom. The home offers 3 full bathrooms in total and is well-suited for larger groups without feeling crowded.

**Pets are allowed. Maximum of 2 small pets only, weighing up to less than 50 lbs each. No pets on furniture pls. Note: A $150 pet fee will be collected for guests who will bring pets.
