The entire interior and exterior of this home is fully renovated, with completion in June 2025. Oversized, 100% artificial turf backyard area with hot tub, huge pool, extended shaded seated area, fire pit, and premium BBQ grill, and large golf putting green. The home has a dock with access to Lake Eden and Lake Ida, which has a protective fence to keep children from the canal water.
