Extremely Disappointed – Subpar Cleanliness and Upkeep
While the pool area was pleasant, the rest of the resort fell incredibly short of expectations, feeling more like a budget motel. The rooms are quite large, but the decor is sparse and dorm-like, and there was a noticeable musty odor throughout.
We encountered several maintenance and cleanliness issues, including broken window blinds, dirty towels, and mold in the bathtub. Furthermore, the strong odor of marijuana in common areas and the stairs smelled like a NY subway. The online marketing is highly misleading compared to the actual condition of the property. Never again.
