Room was very clean and the staff was very friendly.

Beautiful place, clean, comfortable and an amazing spa!

It would really appreciated if the rooms had a microwave in order to heat up left-overs. Also, I thought the rooms had an iron and ironing board but I could not find one. These are amenities which would be appreciated by the guests.

To many surprises for me. Stayed 7 nights, deposit was as much as the room itself ; doubling the initial cost! Heat in first room blowing cold air, moved, 2nd room no hot water. Front desk guy attempted to manipulate these situations. For these reasons, I will not be back. Cement wall for the outside view in both rooms - i did have fun with the view though, one can only imagine lol. I did however loved the absolute/total/complete pin drop quiet !! Did my goofey exercises using the back stairs and the main staircase, btw, is breathtaking! and I did get a ton of rest, making the purpose of my stay a success.

Pool was unusable due to unruly kids and parents busy drinking. Not all the lights turn off in the room and the drunks where very loud at 3 am
