"We were on our way to check-in when this hotel sent me a message telling me the two-bedroom suite I booked months earlier was not available. They said one of their rewards members decided to stay longer. They couldn’t even offer me an alternative room with two beds, just one bed and a pull-out couch. I did not take their substitute room. Never in my life have I had a hotel do this to me. Don’t book this hotel in Georgia if you are counting on a particular room to be there when you arrive. We loved the Towneplace Suites in Oregon, but would never trust this location again. "

"We booked this through hotels.com 3 months earlier. It was then a Hampton Inn. We were not notified via email/phone before our arrival that it changed to a Sparks hotel. Our original reservation for the Hampton Inn included a workout room and breakfast for the 5 of us. We were informed by the Sparks staff that there is no longer a workout room and there will be no breakfast (Sparks does not offer this). There was no offer to compensate us for the extra cost of buying breakfast away from the hotel."

"The mattress was WAY uncomfortable. Was expecting at least a queen size. My husband took up most of the full size. i couldn't sleep at all and whoever idea it was to put the TV on the side of the room needs to be fired. I shouldn't have to crack my neck sideways to watch TV. The limited were really hard. The staff was great!!! The bathroom was super clean a was the rest of the room. Something definitely needs to be done about that elevator, it sounds and feels like it's on its last legs. Heaven forbid anyone gets stuck on it"

"Tile floors snd beds were clean. Furniture in room needs to be replaced or cleaned thoroughly, as does the carpet in the hall which was very dirty. Tile or linoleum might be a better choice Staff was great, breakfast was good."

"Staff was very nice! The property itself was essentially falling apart. In a suite room with refrigerator and stove; there were no utensils, no bowls, no coffee maker, no cups or glasses, no plates, no nothing.. I did ask the staff and there is no ice in this facility nor ice bucket to even carry it in. Breakfast is a stale muffin with a coffee dispenser.. If it weren’t for the wonderful staff, I would have left and asked for my money back! "

"Renovated property. Good value for the money. Manager was kind. I would recommend if your on a budget."
