"The room was good everything worked. I am an extra clean person and the room was well cleaned but not excellent. The staff was helpful. Breakfast was good. The parking was ok. The only problem was that there seemed to be a mentally disturbed person that keep returning to the front area hanging out in the parking lot, talking to themselves and drinking. Then they would shout and use profanities if my television wasn't on i would have heard that person most of the night"

"This is definitely NOT a luxury home. The photos only depict the remodeled kitchen, a newer, maybe 20 year old bedroom and a new couch in the common area. The rest of the home has much older almost renaissance type furniture. The home is not well kept. It was extremely dusty, and dirty. Drawers with old condiments some open with dried contents in the drawers along with some loose tablets of some kind. Medications and personal items left in lower drawers and cabinets, at reach of children. There were open food products in the pantry, no paper towels. I would not cook or eat due to the lack of cleanliness, and the hodgepodge of kitchen ware. The stove was nice and appeared unused. The refrigerator smelled but was a newer high end brand as were the stove and dishwasher. These are the only luxury things about this home. The downstairs en-suite bedroom has a beetle infestation in the bathroom. The sheets on every bed were old dingy and stained. The sidewalk to enter was littered with sticks and debris, it also had an ant mound right at the entrance to the porch. The patio was covered in a thick greenish brown layer along with all the patio furniture, which made it impossible for use. The gutters seems to have bird or squirrel nests in them. I arrived late night for an early morning event, I contacted the owners and VRBO the next day to advise the filthy conditions and the misrepresentations of the property details. I had to find other accommodations on my own. I do not recommend."

"My family and I enjoyed our stay on this property. The home welcomes you with a cozy modern vibe. It is very spacious. The game room, board games, and toys were a hit with the kids (ages 7,8,and 9). The teens enjoyed their own space separate from the younger ones and made plenty of til tok videos. The neighborhood is quiet. The home was clean and well stocked waiting for our arrival. It was easy to communicate with the host. There was one small seasonal problem , totally out the hosts control; once made aware the host responded promptly. We would definitely book again when visiting the area. "

"We had a great time. The home was extremely clean, comfortable and well stocked. Very cute, quiet neighborhood. Back deck is spacious and comfortable. Location is ideal as it is really close to excellent dining and shopping and close enough for easy access to Atlanta but far enough that local traffic was not a problem at all. Check in and check out were both very easy with clear instructions and easy, prompt communication with the host. We would definitely stay here again. "
