Located in the Périgord Noir, less than 10 minutes by car from Terrasson, our small 47 m2 semi-detached house will welcome you in the middle of the forest. You will arrive by car on the heights of Cublac in a former holiday center of more than 2.75 ha. The large swimming pool of 130m2 with wading pool common to the 13 cottages, will allow you to cool off from mid-June to mid-September only. 2 bedrooms each equipped with a double bed, 1 of which is 160cm as well as a small mezzanine with a single bed of 90cm can comfortably accommodate 5 people. The maisonette also has a living room/kitchen, a shower room, a separate toilet and a covered terrace and a large sunny terrace (new). You will find everything you need for a good stay, washing machine, dishwasher, fridge with small freezer, oven, hob, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, TV, garden table and chairs, electric barbecue etc... You will also have the possibility to park a car on the grounds of the maisonette. A second place is available about 50m away. You can take advantage of your stay to visit this magnificent region, La Roque-Gageac less than 55 minutes away, Sarlat 45 minutes away as well as Collonges la Rouge and the Lascaux caves less than 30 minutes away. You have Rocamadour and the Padirac chasm less than 75 minutes away and Brive-La-Gaillarde less than 25 minutes away. The beautiful little town of Terrasson has all the shops and no less than 5 supermarkets and very good restaurants. This discount will not be seen when booking on the website but will be deducted from the balance due. ATTENTION: From the end of June to mid-September, rentals are only possible from Saturday to Saturday. Outside these periods, 3 nights minimum per rental. INFORMATION: We will send you a contract some time after the reservation which will be returned signed. We will also ask you for 2 deposit checks, one for 6O Euros for cleaning and another for 700 Euros in case of deterioration. We have no doubt that you will take good care of the accommodation and that you will do the cleaning. In this case, the 2 checks will be returned to you after return of the inventory of fixtures.
