Enjoy this cute birds nest with breathtaking views. This is a studio with a kitchen and ensuite bathroom, private driveway, porch and entrance. Beautiful renovated and furnished to suit everyone's needs with gorgeous views you can see from your bed! The kitchen is cute and well equipped to cook a beautiful meal. The bathroom has been renovated recently and has a walk in shower. Downtown Clermont is a walk distance away separated by the 50 HWY. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. FWY, Studio is attached to the main house.
