Living room. Family room, dining room, large fully equipped kitchen and a garage that is set up as a seperate unit with a queen bed, TV, AC and office (ideal for inlaws or teenager kid, direct door to the kitchen). Total can sleep up to 8 people. Washing and drying machines in the garage, sink but no bathroom in the garage. Huge back yard with a basketball hoop, swing, shed full of all sizes bikes. House full of books, toys and board games for kids ages 5-15. Our house is close to several shopping centers that include Safeway, Target, Home Depot, Gym, local Mall with cinema and all major banks. Downtown Campbell and Downtown Los Gatos are 10 minutes away for some lovely restaurants and coffee shops. Local Costco is 10 min away. Downtown San Jose is 15 min away. We are a family with 3 kids ages 9-15 living in this house. We love to rent it out while we are on long summer vacations. We get the house ready for you before we leave with everything you need for a wonderful stay and we have a local point of contact in case you need anything while we're out of town (and we're always available via phone or text while being away). We hope you will love it as much as we do. You would need to pay Rossie, our cleaning lady, for one time cleaning when you check out, and we strongly recommend keeping her cleaning the house every week while your stay.
