A great place to enjoy and relax while watching sunrise&sunset with glasses of wines with families/friends. A Must Have unique experience for All! The space Our home is a large upscale and modern style home with stunning views and beautiful outdoor areas. As guests enter the property via the private gate, guests have plenty of parking spaces in front of the house or the back of the garage. Then guests can enter the house from the front door or the left side door of the garage with keypads. As guests step into our gorgeous modern home, guests will have a lovely, spacious floor plan with 4K+living sqft with 7 bedrooms (2 Master suites with extra futon/full size bed, 3 queen size rooms, 1 room with Full/twin bunkbed and a small room with a daybed), 6 bathrooms (2 private full bathrooms, 2 full bathrooms and 2 half bathrooms), a large living room with comfortable recliner sofa and 2 large rocking recliners, 3 dining rooms (1 formal dining room, 1 small dining room, and 1 large outdoor dining area), a gorgeous kitchen , and a separate laundry room all on the same floor. For entertainment and fun time, Guests have access to a 1K+sqft game room that has a bar, 75inches smart TV, a nice pool table, ping pong table, poker table, and a sitting area with 4 recliner chairs for guests to spend quality time family and friends while enjoy drinks, music, singing, watching games/movies and playing games with family and friends. For relaxing time, we have a beautifully landscaped backyard with gorgeous palm trees, a pool (not heated) with sitting area/umbrella/outdoor shower & spa (heated), a BBQ area with grill/refrigerator/chairs/umbrella, a relaxing gazebo area with fire pit/TV/comfortable large sectional, and a large dining area along with incredible views (day and night) from most anywhere on the property. Price is based on 12 guests, but this place can fit up to 15 guests (see our sleeping arrangements for details) Guest access Guests have access to the entire villa Other things to note Pool is not heated since it is very expensive to do so especially during winter time. Spa - (available from April- November only for free of charge - 5 hours limit per day) - Guests need to call/text anyone of us about 1-2 hours before they want to use the spa so we can turn it on for them. Spa usually takes 1-1:30mininutes to heat up to 100 degree. During winter (approx. Dec. -March), temperature drops very low at night (usually 50 or under degree) so if guests want to use the Spa (especially during short stays), we can turn it on for $50 per day (subject to 5 hours limit per day) since the propane is very expensive out here. We will accommodate the spa to be on for stays over 4+ days for no additional fees (5 hours limit). The home is incredibly spacious, with plenty of room for our large group to spread out and relax. The two master suites were perfect, and the additional bedrooms were comfortable and well-appointed. We especially loved the game room with its pool table, ping pong, and other activities—perfect for some fun downtime.The outdoor space is stunning, with gorgeous views of the surrounding vineyards. We enjoyed lounging by the pool, soaking in the spa, and dining al fresco under the gazebo. The BBQ area and fire pit were fantastic for evening gatherings. Everything was well-maintained and clean, and the property had a very peaceful atmosphere.The host was extremely responsive and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. The location was also great, just a short drive to some of the best wineries in the region. There were two issues though that were minor. First, the master bathroom had a leak that would not stop, and it continued over both nights. The second issue were the ants. Overall, this villa exceeded our expectations, and we would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway in Temecula. Can’t wait to come back! ##### Randy and Tonya B. Check in was complicated by zero Verizon cell phone service so be aware. Other carriers were better. Property is very far from shopping. Not an issue for us at all, door dash and instacart worked fine.! Plenty of space for the family to spread out and be. A bit worn, but still very nice. The water slide is not available for guest use, but pool is lovely. The firepit area is great but we couldn't use the TV because there was no remote to be found. We lost water for a bit one day, but the owner was very responsive and a repair person came quickly. I forgot to inform Ben I travel with a service dog. He was quite upset. I did end up paying extra because of a small pet stain, even though the carpet had large stains from previous use. Overall a very nice stay with a few issues. Still very enjoyable. ##### Kaila P. Close to the wedding location so it made our transportation easy. Check-in and check out were very user friendly and great communication! The game Room was a hit too! The pool is not the cleanest. The breakers kept going off which meant we had to go to the breaker box and reset. However, at one point we had no water and the handyman had to come over and repair the breaker to obtain water. We lost power to go outside the property so the handyman had to come over and fix. We couldn't use our vehicles to an event we were attending. Had to use Uber/Lyft at our expense. ##### Rosalind R. There is something for everyone to do here. Whether you want to relax in the pool, sit by the fire at night or play games in the rec room, this house has it all! We were here for a wedding at one of the local wineries and they are just a short drive away. The views are spectacular and the pictures of the property of the outside don’t do it justice. The house was clean and check in/out was super easy. The communication with the owner was very easy. If we needed the hot tub turned on we just text him. They had everything we needed but only 3 pool towels. However, there were plenty of other towels in the bathrooms that we used. We just had to wash the towels a few times. The pool was clean but seemed a bit cloudy there might have been another large group staying before us. The pool cleaners did come but it was on our last day. It would have been nice to have another fridge in the garage and the ice maker in the kitchen leaked and didn't work. The garage/game room was awesome. My only suggestion was that there was a bucket of ping pong ball and only 1-2 weren't cracked and the pool cue tips were all warn completely down and needed to be replaced. Still overall it was a great property, and we would definitely stay again. ##### Joshua S. Upon arrival on Friday at 2 the host, Ben, informed us that the Refrigerator inside the kitchen was not working at all. Ben informed us that he had a working one in the garage. Not ideal but for us but we were prepared to work it out. We called Ben Friday night at 8pm to inform him that the backup fridge was not getting cold. Ben became agitated and stated "if you don't like it just leave", well that was not an option for us we had guests arriving and had been planning this since June. Saturday comes and we communicate the same thing to him and he has his handyman bring a chest freezer. This freezer worked after about 8 hours it would keep the ice from melting. This did not solve not having a working fridge. We communicated with him again on Sunday morning and the handyman came buy and confirmed that we had a warm fridge. Then around noon the handyman brought a used fridge from "another property" and it was cold already because it had been plugged in. This fridge was cold and we helped the handyman unload it and plug it in. We loaded our food into the fridge and let it sit to get cold. It never got cold enough to be more than a storage cabinet for food that was not safe to eat. When we left Monday morning the second fridge was not cold and we threw all the food away. Ben is not a good host. We called VRBO and they are reviewing the situation for a potential refund. We left the property in better condition than we found it. ##### ZINA P.
