Petit bémol pour la cuisine qui mérite largement une modernisation ( toile cirée douteuse, évier à peine propre). Les chats sont un peu envahissants , on ne peut laisser La porte de la cuisine ouverte ce qui est dommage. Grande maison, confortable, bien équipée, avec une superbe piscine, au calme et isolée. Tres bien située pour decouvrir le bearn, le pays basque, les plages de la cote. Tous commerces à moins de 10 min, belles balades et randonnées autour ( forêt, lac) Propriétaire disponible et à l’ecoute, très bonne réactivité à nos demandes. Afin que la maison reste agréable et confort, il faudra faire quelques travaux d’entretien et d’embellissement. : eclairage de la terrasse, cuisine, quelques petits travaux électriques.
