The detached house, located on the edge of a small village, is surrounded by a large, enclosed, and wooded park (2000 m²) – the perfect playground for your children. Inside, the generous living space allows for comfortable living, enhanced by tasteful décor. For a holiday with friends or family, don't delay, come and discover this charming property... A few minutes away: Brioude (Lace Museum, Salmon Museum, Mandrin House, basilica, numerous exhibitions...), the Allier Valley, and many hiking trails. A little further afield: Blesle, listed as one of the "Most Beautiful Villages of France," is 18 km away; La Chaise-Dieu is 40 minutes away; Vulcania is 1 hour away...
