The shower was part of the bedroom only see through glass separated it from the bed room. There was no privacy in the bedroom. The toilet was separate.no hand washing sink in the toilet. The shower + sink light disturb your partner in the bed. Worst room I have stayed in, in the last 30 years. It wasn’t worth the price paid.

Staff were very friendly & all spoke good English (which was great as our French was limited). They were especially helpful in suggesting things to see, restaurants to eat at, routes (walking or trams) to take, etc. They arranged early taxi for trip to airport, etc. just overall the best!

"The friendly staff were so helpful and made me feel very welcome during my staff. The lift was out of order and the woman offered to help with my luggage and they were able to arrange a taxi for me in the morning. My room was spacious and modern. It benefitted from a small balcony to sit out on. ..."
