We have stayed at Burbury a few times, so quite a decent hotel. However, we have selected Twin beds and this was not set up when we arrived. This has happened more than once, so need to review their process for guests' bed preferences and set up the room accordingly. They did provide complimentary drinks for this shortcoming, but would prefer the have the room ready when we arrive after 3pm so we have the room for resting.
