Arc 2000 Splendide 5* (renovated) Ski-In/Ski-Out, Wi-Fi

Located at the foot of the slopes and renovated in 2019 and 2020 following a change of ownership, it is classified 5 Crystals Paradiski. It has a fully equipped kitchen with new appliances and private WIFI. It has a magnificent view of Mont Blanc and is very quiet.
The apartment is located in the VARET residence on the 13th and last floor.

Its surface area is 30 m² to which must be added a mezzanine of 20 m² (it is 1.20 high so you can sit but not stand, it is mainly used for sleeping and storage). It has a small balcony. Please note that the apartment is not suitable for people over 1.90m.

Although equipped with 8 beds: 4 on the mezzanine (single beds that can be transformed into 2 double beds of 180), 2 in the closed alcove at the entrance of the apartment (bed of 140) and finally 2 in the living room on the sofa bed (sleeps 140), we limit it to a maximum of 6 people.

The apartment is non-smoking and pets are not allowed.

Shops, restaurants, leisure (ski schools) and access to Arc 1950 on the Olympic Square 100 metres from the residence.

In winter in Les Arcs you are on the fantastic Paradiski area and its 450 kms of slopes which make it the second largest area in the Alps for all levels.
The apartment is entirely ski-in ski-out in the Arc 2000 sector where even during the school holidays there is little waiting at the ski lifts in the morning due to the 7 different possible departures and the lower number of beds in this sector.

The handover of the keys and the inventory of fixtures are carried out by our concierge service.

Access:
- By train: Funicular which leaves from Bourg Saint Maurice station (direct TGV from Paris), then free shuttles between the different resorts of Les Arcs: Arc 1600, Arc 1800, Arc 1950 and Arc 2000.
- By car: A43 motorway and motorway to Moutier, then 45 minutes easy and very well maintained drive to Arc 2000.
