Un séjour parfait.

La directrice de l'établissement et toute son équipe ont fait le maximum pour que notre séjour soit le meilleur possible. Que ce soit au check in alors que notre réservation n'avait pas été transmise par la centrale, au bar où le service était simple et chaleureux jusqu'au restaurant où la cuisine était bonne et variée (nous avons même eu droit à une fondue sans ail...un grand merci à Régine, Eva et la cuisinière). Il règne à l'hôtel La cachette une ambiance très chaleureuse où toute l'équipe semble heureuse de travailler. Merci à tous et nous envisageons déjà d'y revenir l'an prochain.

Amazing service for 3* hotel, but food is not great. High rate for 3*(like 5*). Great location, amazing panoramic view on village.

Fijne locatie

Het was wel even zoeken naar de receptie want die bevind zich op de 4e etage en niet op de begane grond. Maar verder hier een heerlijk verblijf gehad. Het is wel een heel groot complex. Wij zaten op de 7e etage met een geweldig uitzicht op het dal. Grote schone kamers en badkamer. Veel keuze bij ontbijt en diner. Wijn en water is inclusief. Bij de accommodatie zijn diverse winkels. Er is een animatie team. Zeer geschikt voor gezinnen. Wij waren er in de zomer. Vanuit hier kun je allerlei berg tripjes maken. In de winter is het een skigebied. Vriendelijk personeel. Tijdens ons verblijf waren er wel verbouwingswerkzaamheden maar daar weinig hinder van ondervonden.

LA CHACETTE IS A GREAT VALUE HOTEL IN ARC 1600.IT IS CLOSE TO 2 SKI LIFTS UP THE MOUNTAIN AND NEAR TO A FEW SKI SHOPS,BARS AND OTHER SHOPS.

Short ski, hotel de type club tout à fait correct pour le prix hors saison Malheureusement dépourvu de local à ski, ce qui est assez incroyable vu sa localisation au pied des pistes. Le fonctionnement du Wi-Fi est aléatoire, la cuisine correcte

Hotel qui ne se donne des airs de 3 étoiles mais qui ne les vaut vraiment pas !! Pas de service bagage, pas de casiers a ski à disposition (obligation de laisser vos affaires chez le loueur tous les jours !!) Pas d'indication lorsque vous arrivez en taxi vous devez vous débrouiller avec vos affaires dans la neige et trouver la bonne entrée et le bon ascenseur ! Chambres trop bruyantes (vous entendez tout ce qui se passe dans les couloirs (allées et venues, discussion etc..... Comme si c'était dans votre chambre !!) Petit déjeuner très très moyen de contenter des viennoiseries !! Expérience que nous ne révélerons pas !!

Very nice hotel and in the center of the resort. My only criticism is that it would be easier to have the ski storage at the hotel rather than at the rental shop nearby.

notre dernière nuit aux arcs était parfaite, chambre confortable, mise a part l'eau de la douche qui changeait de température toute les deux secondes :-)

Un agréable séjour

Nous y avons passé deux nuits la fille et moi même, dîner et petit déjeuner compris, les repas sont excellent, copieux, choix variés et vraiment de qualité. Nous avons aussi profité du sauna, que l'on réserve par séance d'une demi heure, la pièce avec douche accolée est vraiment pratique. Le seul point négatif est pour le stockage du matériel de ski, que l'on est obligé de laisser dans le magasin ski set à 100m : nos skis étaient mélangés avec ceux de la location, en total libre accès à l'étage du magasin. Le personnel a l'accueil de l'hôtel nous a assuré qu'il n'y aucun problème, nous n'en avons effectivement pas eu. Globalement le séjour fut très agréable, l'hôtel est vraiment confortable.

Personnel non coopératif

3 nuits en demi pension pour 2 personnes et impossible de regrouper 2 dîners à 2 en un dîner à 4 avez des proches, alors qu'il s'agissait d'un buffet !!! Équipe vraiment peu coopérative. Chambres très mal insonorisées de telle sorte que réveillés à 6.00 à cause du départ matinal d'un groupe. Hôtel vielliot et sale.

Hotel Cachette Arc 1600 : Très bien
