Located in the quiet area of Charmettoger, in the Alliet residence, this 34m² duplex flat for 6 people is on the 1st floor with a south/east-facing balcony. This pleasant duplex flat comprises an entrance hall and a bathroom with bath and toilet. The renovated kitchen opens onto the living room and is equipped with 2 ceramic hobs, a microwave, electric coffee maker, kettle, refrigerator and dishwasher. The living room has a dining table and a television. Upstairs (the mezzanine is less than 1.80 metres high) there is a hallway with two single beds, a corner with a pull-out bed and a sofa bed, a television, and a sleeping area separated by a swing door with a double bed. The balcony faces south-east. Sheets and end-of-stay cleaning are available at an additional cost.
