Comfortable duplex apartment comprising an entrance hall, a bathroom with bath and toilet. The kitchen opens onto the living room and is equipped with an induction hob, a combination oven, a refrigerator and a dishwasher. A filter coffee machine + a Nespresso machine The living room has 1 bed, a family table and a flat-screen TV. Upstairs (the mezzanine is less than 1.80 m high) there is a hallway with two single beds, one single bed that can be separated by a swing door, and a bedroom with a double bed and a flat-screen TV.
