The Nova Residence is located in the heart of the village of Villards in Arc 1800 and is divided into 3 buildings (1, 2 and 3). This residence is located at the foot of the ski slopes (between 100 and 500m depending on the building) and close to shops, all in a very quiet environment. Please note that this residence has an elevator. Surface area : about 40 m². 2nd floor. Orientation : South, South-West, West. View resort and valley. Living room with 2 single beds. Bedroom with 2 single beds. Sleeping area with 2 bunk beds. Kitchenette with coffee machine, oven, oven / microwave, dishwasher, fridge. Bathroom with bath-tub. Separated WC. Balcony. The beds in elevation are not suitable for children under 6 years.
