Das Apartment 100 ist eine Neubauwohnung aus dem Jahr 2020, ein 40 m² großes T2, ideal für Reisende, die die Region entdecken oder geschäftlich unterwegs sind. Sie finden zwei echte Betten im Schlafzimmer und ein Schlafsofa im Wohnzimmer, sodass 1 bis 3 Personen bequem Platz finden.  
  
Reinigung, Bettwäsche, Decken und Handtücher sind inklusive. Die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet mit Kaffeemaschine, Kochplatten, Backofen, Mikrowelle und Waschmaschine. Im Schlafzimmer steht Ihnen ein Flachbildfernseher für entspannte Momente zur Verfügung.  
  
Das Apartment ist dank Zugangscode gesichert, praktisch für späte Anreisen, und Sie haben vollen Zugang zur gesamten Unterkunft.  
  
In der Nähe befindet sich die Ferme aux Crocodiles in Pierrelatte, nur 2,3 km entfernt, in einem 800 m² großen Tropenhaus.  
  
Hello, we are Philippe, passionate about big-game fishing. We have created small apartments with contemporary furniture and very refined decoration (work completed in July 2019). We are discreet, but always attentive and available for our guests. All apartments are equipped with digital codes, which avoids key management—a real advantage for late arrivals and flexible departures. The neighborhood is very quiet, and all parking around the apartment is free. Shops are nearby. The apartment we offer was created and completed in July 2020, with a quality equipped kitchen. Sheets, blankets, and towels are provided. You have private access to the entire apartment for a peaceful stay.
