We had a wonderful time. The staff was very friendly and accommodating except for not getting our room cleaned a few days. The food was great, entertainment every night, and we loved finishing up our nights dancing at the piano bar.

The staff was exceptionally friendly and professional. Location is great if you want peace and quiet; it’s not near too many other resorts. There are clubs nearby, outdoor which allows you to enjoy the outdoor air and environment. You have to take a taxi to go from the resort to downtown or walk maybe quarter a mile to bus transportation, which was easy to use.

This place is truly a 5 star, the only thing missing is more fu activities during the day and music should be playing all day and night rather you have a DJ or not. The food was amazing and the staff truly out do themselves. They could communicate more with guest, not very much of that.

The food at the hotel is a really good standard especially given that it is all inclusive. There is food almost constantly from 7am through to 10pm should you want it. The location is excellent, right next to Bridgetown and Pebbles beach and a short drive to oistins.
Only small issue is that after the evening entertainment finishes at 11pm the hotel is very quiet
Overall, I really enjoyed my stay and would recommend it
