"Beautiful hotel with delightful staff. Loved our stay!"

"Shower didn't get hot all the time, the toilet didn't flush even after moving rooms. There were some seedy and suspicious characters hanging around in the parking lot and near entrances. Police and fire department were called twice during a weekends stay. That being said, at least the front desk staff were honest that my issues probably wouldn't get resolved because the maintenance guy was out all weekend. The hotel is not even a "true Choice Hotel" but a franchise managed by a third party... Go figure!"

"Front desk (Sophie) was rude very unfriendly and very unhelpful.. which was a shame as the hotel is really lovely but her off handed manner spoilt it. We knew we were a little early and our room wasn't ready which we totally understood but when asked at what time would be convenient to check back and told us... I'm not a cleaner so I've no idea! Not at all helpful "

"The room was nice and fairly large with an excellent rain shower head. Had an issue with the toilet when we arrived but it was fixed very quickly. Convenient location to the Plaza. We've stayed everywhere on the Plaza and this would rank in the upper 1/3 of places."

"I don’t think pictures do this place justice. Plenty of space, very clean and well decorated. Loved the rooftop. The host is also very responsive. "

"House was in a great location and very well maintained. The only thing negative was the people downstairs were very loud pass 11pm but can’t blame the owners for that. Easy check in and check out. Nice stay!"
