The loons and abundant fish made for family fun in this lovely setting. Kayaking was a peaceful experience. We also rented a pontoon boat for several days which they can drop off at the DNR boat landing on the north side of the lake. Our family enjoyed a really relaxing getaway together! The house was extremely clean and spacious. It was equipped with everything we needed. The property itself had a very private feel to it while still being on the lakefront. We all enjoyed using the kayaks provided. Every night we enjoyed fires at the well groomed fire pit. The homeowners of Upper Gresham Retreat truly know how to provide for and spoil their guests. The accommodations are well designed, very clean, easy to use, and warmly welcoming. The kayaks are a nice touch as well. We were surprisingly able to spend time paddling around the lake on October 12 and delightedly caught a small mouth bass.
