"I'ts a beautiful boutique hotel, the staff is so nice, the room is so clean and has details that make u feel at home. We liked the easter chocolate eggs they put in the cofee tray at the room. The breakfast was the best we have at all our europe trip, they really make an outstanding service even when we didn't reserve the breakfast they made a great buffet for us in 15 min with fresh bread and everything delicious. "Lovely hotel in a good location in Bastogne. Friendly welcome, in fact all the staff were very friendly and hard working. Very comfortable beds, nice bathroom and chilled water provided. The restaurant was very surprising. The food was freshly prepared and very tasty, and the staff perfectly attentive. Breakfast the next morning was excellent and included in the price. Parking was free and there are two charging points. Much nicer stay than the last hotel we used in Bastogne. Unfortunately during the current heatwave it was lacking air conditioned rooms. I understand this is planned to be retrofitted."

"Room was clean . We stayed in 2 bedroom apartment for 2 nights. Staff was very helpful. Grocery store just across the street . Washroom need upgrade as shower wasn’t working very well. When you open windows you can hear outside traffic noise . Overall spacious room and nice stay."

"Ibis Styles was fine. Beds were nice to have a bed as an option for a 3rd person rather than a pull out. No elevator made it a little tough for the 80 year old parents to access their room. Hallway smelled very smokey. I’m still not sure if there was an option for smoking or non smoking area in the hotel. Bar service was good, restaurant was fine, but everything felt expensive for what you get having just come from Germany."

"Due to an issue with a different booking, we reserved this room at the very last minute. The staff leapt into action to ready the additional bed for our spacious room. The room was nicely sized and the bathroom was enormous. We had a comfortable night. There were several dining options around the courtyard facing the hotel. A parking lot next to the hotel offered free overnight parking. The only negative was finding the “front” door which faced the courtyard, not the street."
