Lovely, private and sweet

This place is perfect for anyone who desires privacy and serenity with the touch of island adventure. It is situated in a peninsula surrounded by the pristine Turks and Caicos Turqoise water and only a swim away from the completely remote East Bay Island Reserve. Pat welcomed us at the Ferry and guided us to the house. It was very helpful since the streets don't have signs - which adds to the fun! Ruth communicated so well with us and the whole process was very smooth. My wife and I cannot say enough of these wonderful islands, but most of all, what makes North and Middle Caicos memorable are the people who are so lovely, friendly and willing to help in whatever way possible! Thank you so much Ruth and Pat!!

Must stay!

This was the best honeymoon experience EVER! If you are looking to be secluded in pretty much your own secluded beach this place is for you! The property manager Roxan was in constant communication and answered all our questions promptly! (And there were many!) Upon arrival all we had to do was reach Pay and she arrived in about 10 min. We found her to the house which was completely accurate as the pictures. The house was very clean and the views were phenomenal. When we drove into town the locals were extremely friendly. If you are looking for a more commercialized place to stay North Caicos is not for you unless you plan on taking the ferry to Provo. There are only a couple of grocery stores in which are more likely here in the states. Fresh produce is delivered on Tuesdays and you should get there early to get the best selection. We absolutely love the island and love the property. If I could give are almost 2 week more than five stars I absolutely would!

House was dirty upon arrival. Most of the lights in the main room did not work. Water heater was insufficient for hot showers.

Quiet, Remote Paradise

This property is so secluded and incredible. You literally have a short walk to a beautiful beach and then around the corner you have access to a stretch of beach where you wouldn’t see anyone for a week. Absolutely peaceful and private. WiFi was great, slept with the windows open and the ocean is the only noise you will hear. If you are looking for an adventure on a private beach this is your place.

It was very nice to be met at the ferry. It would be hard to find on your own the first time. It was very peaceful and relaxing
