Booking on-line was efficient, and communication with the property managers (Alder Bay RV park and marina) was excellent. Office staff were present 8am to 8pm and helpful. The location is very convenient: the bear watching (Sea Wolf) and whale watching (Sea Smoke) tour boats coming from Port McNeill and Alert Bay will pick you up on the Alder Bay marina dock, which will save you a lot of time because Alder Bay is their last passenger pick-up point before heading out see the wildlife, and their first drop-off point when coming back. ##### Andrew J.
