We slept in for breakfast so I cannot rate or comment. The front desk clerk was warm, friendly and accommodating providing service. The room was clean, but the lobby floor and elevator was visibly dirty.

Omni Boston Hotel at the Seaport
My room was not cleaned properly the soap bar from previous people that stayed was very much in the bath tub still . I did reclean and sanatized my whole room .

I come to Boston regularly to see my doctor and I always stay in Harborside Inn of Boston. Staff there is absolutely exceptional. They are so accommodating whether it comes to arranging a taxi or even early check in. They are very kind and attentive. I also enjoy an Italian restaurant in this hotel. ...
