The staff was very nice & polite. There wasn't hot water for shower. The cleaners came in our room even though requested not too. Front office was very nice & apologetic. The breakfast was not good, but the staff did what they could with equipment they had

The facility was great. However, the real star of the show was Gerald, the gentleman who checked us in. He was very professional, and seems like a professional comedian. Gerald, if you don’t have a social media and YouTube presence, start one!

I reserved a room to accommodate 5 people. The pull out couch had a hole in it. All kinds of stains on the mattress. Plus no sheets or pillow cases. We had to put the pull out bed back and just sleep on the couch itself. Very uncomfortable.

Holiday Inn's Are Always Good
The hotel was clean, comfortable, and close to a lot of amenities and attractions. It took us a while to find a front desk clerk to check in, and the breakfast attendee was not very attentive, nothing was refilled properly. Overall, good experience! Will stay again!

Not an easy stay but great management
We usually stay here when visiting my wife's family. We've really never had issues until this stay. We booked several months in advance, asking specifically for a room on the top floor away from the elevators. They got the top floor correct, but the room was directly next to the elevators. My biggest issue was my AC stopped working. I called 2 separate employees before leaving for a wedding to report the issue. I was assured maintenance would be called. We returned several hours later to find that nothing was repaired. We weren't called or even left a note that the AC couldn't be repaired so,we could get prepared to move,into another room. I was not very nice when I called down about it, but was able to speak with a well-mannered and helpful manager. He brought the keys for the new room. Unfortunately, it was in the second,floor, and we had to listen to some unsupervised children run and jump off the walls for a,while before going to bed finally about 10:30. Will probably look for a new place,to stay next time. Me and Holiday Inn Express need some time apart.

For $185 I at least expect to have a desk and office chair to work at, not a tiny kitchen table. Usually am happy with IHG properties, but not this one. Lamp and alarm clock unplugged, tv not on the right input so had to adjust…small things that add up and I shouldn’t have to do when I get there.

When we arrived with 4 other couples after a 3 hour drive at check in my husband and I were told our reservations had been canceled then she said she didn’t have any for us . When we made the reservation we selected to pay cash at the hotel. They had no more rooms nor was there a vacant room in the city due to a event in the city. She was not accommodating at first and brushed me off. To make a horrible experience worst we had to sleep in the room with friends because couldn’t locate other housings. They gave our rooms to other people who paid with cards. Also another guest came into the lobby and had the same issue. The website clearly says you can pay with cash. I was pissed and very embarrassed. After I called Hotels.com while standing at the desk Someone from hotel .com called them and the lady hung up on them I was told. And due to this mess up we missed getting our rewards . If they don’t want to take cash it should not be a choice on the site. I really would like to have a call back .
