The furniture and room amenities need maintenance. Room services are ok, food is cold, toasted bread is not toasted, coffee cold and no sugar or cream, eggs raw.

My only complaint was that they sent a car to pick me up at the airport and it was a nightmare that took two hours, They didn't take any responsibility for their end of the arrangement so I wasn't happy. I feel like they could have done better.
