"The hotel is well located. Room was ok for the price. Was given moldy bread when requested gluten free at breakfast. The staff was pleasant and helpful."

"Everything was fine except for check-in and checkout. The girl at the check-in counter during check-in was very nice friendly and helpful so it is not her fault but the problem is that she was there on her own and there was no one else to help her so we had to wait, and line up, and it took too long to check in. Also checking out was a problem because again we had to wait for other people to finish their stupid questions about whatever they’re asking and we couldn’t just give the room key and leave even though we had nothing out of the mini bar because we had to pay some Bosnian tourist taxes which they did not ask us to pay when we checked in so it was just a waste of time. Other than that everything was fine."
