"Very nice apartment close to the lake of Como. The apartment is clean, very spaceous and all you need from cleaning tabs and coffee machine to extra pillows and diverse equipment etc were included. We received a bottle of wine as welcome gift as well. Nice gesture from the landlord who is really nice and always helpful. There were also a few toys fir the kids in the apartment and a ball to play outside the door in a lovely small garden. "

"Wir hatten mit unserer Familie einen wirklich tollen Aufenthalt. Der Check-in war völlig unkompliziert und entspannt, der Preis war für das Gebotene mehr als fair. Die Wohnung ist äußerst sauber, modern und wirkt, als wäre sie erst vor Kurzem komplett neu eingerichtet worden. Besonders im Sommer sind die Klimaanlagen ein großer Pluspunkt. Der Ausblick ist genauso traumhaft wie auf den Bildern beschrieben. Die Lage ist ideal für alle, die etwas Ruhe genießen möchten, ohne auf eine gute Anbindung...

"The host made this place so amazing but it had everything we could need. Stayed for ten nights with walks each night to a nearby gelato shop. Convenient location to get around to Como and Milan. Hope to return again. "

"This was right in the town and perfect for walking. There is a bar outside the apartment that can get quite loud but only until Midnight so don't worry, the location makes up for that. Make sure you get clear instructions on the front na apartment door locks because it was tricky- especially after a few Spritz's The view is much better than the photos show and it is very spacious. Highly recommend!"

"Pros: We had a wonderful stay at Tiziana’s home. Civenna is a very nice, beautiful little town. The apartament is very cozy, perfect for a family or couple. Tiziana is a great women, kind and helpful. We had a problem with our rent car and she helped us without a second thought. Definitely you need to have a car cause to get to Civenna from Bellagio is a bit hard without it. Cons: Nothing. Everything was very good."

The location is amazing - the funicular is just nearby and takes you down to Como. The views from up high are absolutely breathtaking! "It was very clean and Roberta was very responsive . There were a lot of information in the unit about what to do in Bellagio . She was also very helpful with any questions we had. I loved a location . 20 minute walk to center so we weren't in the middle of the crowd. Also a very cute bar a minute away what one could have a late dinner and a very cute coffee shop steps away for an amazing coffee. I will definitely come to Roberta's place when I come back to Bellagio"
