This is a very nice hotel. Good sized, clean, modern room. Air conditioning worked well. Nice bathroom. Staff was friendly. No parking at this hotel.

Pretty impressive rooms. Basic but with cool tech. iPad controls the room, blinds, TV( cool projector), even tells you how much hot water is available. Love the shower. Comfortable bed. It was perfect for a night before a cruise. Beer Craft close by had live music. Plus great beer!

Decent breakfast, good walking distance to sights. Dinner was good. Parking garage was a bit nerve-wracking to get into but nice to have a spot. Staff were pleasant.

We had a really bad experience at Mercure Rouen Centre Cathedrale. The service in the restaurant was among the worst we have seen in all our life. In the end when paying the bill the guy had the cheek to ask us we wanted to sign a separate bill for the tip as he could not add the tip to the main ...
