"Staying there for 3nights for business. The hotel staffs were helpful for arranging the transportation for my destination to different places. The driver that drove me last day to customer’s site, initially we went to wrong address, but he was willing to right place immediately without delay. Overall, the room is spacious for solo, and the food is nice."

"A few complaints from a BonVoy member. The shower and sink would not drain, so I stood in water despite a request to have it addressed. The WiFi never worked, despite my call to the front desk. Nobody called back. My emailed hotel bill contained no details, so I'll need to call back. Breakfast is not served until 11 am as indicated in the room service menu. Room service staff said it was wrong and stopped at 10:15. Ordinarily that would be fine, but I arrived at 4 a.m. from Ahmedabad that morning and scheduled my wake up according to the room service menu. I won't go back."

"Water was leaking in the bathroom. I pointed it out the first morning I was there but nobody came to look at it. Had to bring it to the manager’s attention again that evening. They said they will fix it the next morning. I also called for ironing my clothes. Nobody came so on my way out, I asked them to pick it up from my room. When I returned that evening, I noticed nobody had picked it up. The hallway did not look like it was vacuumed. All in all, very disappointing. Expected much better from a Taj hotel"
