Hotel Santa Isabel

"I traveled to Toledo solo from Madrid and stayed for two nights in July. The city was hot, but having a room with a/c was a treat (and it worked really well, too). I was able to check-in in online before arriving, so when I arrived, I got my room very quickly. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and a good deal for the price. stayed on the first floor with my window facing the small, narrow street, and I didn't hear any street noise. I walked everywhere from this location and was able to visit a number of sites, and also find time to return for an afternoon siesta and then find restaurant for dinner, before heading out for rooftop drink in the evening. In summer, having a helado (ice cream) around 10 or 11pm in a plaza to people-watch and feel the evening breeze was also a treat. I would stay here again for a clean, comfortable, and budget-friendly visit."

"This was a cool find! We were able to leave our luggage and visit the city before check in with no problem. It was right in the middle of town so easy access to so many places. The staff was very helpful. One thing to know is that you can only access the roof view when the bar is open, which we didn’t realize, but would recommend this hotel and stay again."

"The staff was friendly and the hotel is about ten minuted walking distance of a couple of subway stops. Shops and restaurants are close by. The only two problems that I had with this hotel were the breakfast and the bathroom. The breakfast wasn’t that good, especially for the price. The bathroom smelt like cat pee."

"Staff had been helpful, the limited time to see them is a bit of a hustle. Air conditioning was difficult to control eventually we managed to sort it out. The main issue I had was to get in and out of the garage parking because the online key won’t work at all so have to go down to manually type in the code."

"The hotel is great for the price. A lot of restaurants near by. A shopping mall only 15-20 min walk, huge mall. A grocery store just 1 min away, don’t need to cross the street. A laundromat across the street, 1 min away, fancy and affordable, automatically dispose detergent (no need to buy) just pay for your load. The dryer there works amazing, everything was dry in 30 min. At the hotel, after breakfast they serve food using menu that is very affordable and food is super fresh and tasty. They cook at the bar, you can see it. Bus stops all around the block. Subway 3-5 min walk. Totally recommend this hotel."

"Excellent stay with outstanding staff and facilities. The team was very friendly and attentive, and the hotel amenities were amazing (the bedroom and shower). The breakfast was especially impressive with a great variety and high quality options. I would definitely stay here again."
