We had a great stay overall, and would stay here again in future. It was a lovely, well appointed unit very true to listing and photos in a very convenient location close to many, many tram lines. There’s a small market on the block, and several grocery stores within a few minutes of walking. "Enjoyable and comfortable stay while attending Smetana Festival. Very clean comfortable family run hotel. Spacious bedroom and bathroom Very helpful and friendly staff. Appreciated the many artworks displayed in room and throughout the hotel, unexpected bonus! Only downside was there is no lift and although I had no difficulty managing stairs to third floor, not ideal with luggage."

"5 stars for all staff, absolutely excellent service, nothing was a problem!!!
We have excepted much more from the food though, using frozen vegetable in meals, meals which should be served as hot was almost cold, instant taste in meals, etc... We had the same poor experience with food at hotel Konsel. It seems like both hotels in area are aware of being only ones with restaurants and are not bothered about quality of food...It is shame as mountain food has always been the best quality. "
