"Had a booking for 2 adults in a swim up room and was put next to the toddler pool, while we could see families with toddlers in deep swim up rooms! Where is the thought and logic in that?"

Additionally, the outdated cookware and missing bedroom TV remote impacted the experience. I enjoyed my stay, but there is clear room for improvement."

I was expecting more, I booked the view, but we got a downstairs apartment, the complex was empty so we were disappointed. Convenience and access to the beach and water 10/10 and at the end of the day that's what we were there for. "
