Thank you so much for our stay at your resort. A special thank you to Kiko and Apok! Apok was a knowledgable and enthusiastic guide who educated both my girlfriend and I with his wealth of knowledge. We did all the activities with him and we're never left disappointed, he was always quick to spot and identify all the wildlife is tourists failed to spot. We couldn't thank him enough on the day and nights river cruises, the day and night jungle walks and of course a special thank you for the tour...

This Hotel certainly does a good breakfast with wide variety of local foods to include the famous Sarawak Laksa and the usual European/Continental fayre. Assortment of local fruit and fresh lime juice for the health conscious. The Hotel has very friendly and helpful Front of house staff...indeed all the staff we met were very courteous, polite, friendly and spoke good English especially the owner himself who was happy at all times having breakfast with his guests. Hotel room comfortable...

excellent value for money hotel. extremely clean and comfortable. Staff are friendly and helpful

I've always enjoyed the hospitality provided by the hotel management and staff at Citadines upland, Kuching. This is my third visit within a short period of time. The apartments are well maintained and clean. I have recommended this hotel to many of my friends and family members and all came back with very good comments.

Ibis are a standard wherever I've been so you know what you're getting!

The staff really friendly...i love to stay again...

Hotel is not clean and smells

Nice hotel in centre of town, not very busy. Staff helpful but could not take security deposit of $50 on credit card.....insisted on cash but waived fee when I protested. Limited menu - same for both lunch and dinner - staff helpful and available but not very pro-active.

Good hotel good view best prices👌 Enjoyed staying here😍 Thankyou aston balikpapan

It was great staying here . It cost me 20 Brunei dollars to get to the hotel from the airport and there's a big shopping centre right next to the hotel . Staff were responsive but the hotel was basic and right for the prIce.

The accomodation in Hotel Five2 is basic but clean, providing all you would need for a short stay. The staff are extremely helpful and always available to advise. The towels were changed daily and all areas were clean. It's easy to access on the airport bus, but a taxi to the airport was very cheap...ordered for us by the hotel. There is a market very close to the hotel, which was interesting, if a bit noisy, but we managed to sleep and it was usually packed away by 12.30am.
