Breakfast was wonderful. Very traditional based on my German hotel experiences. We were also offered eggs cooked to order. The receptionist was very helpful regarding places to visit and how to get around. Especially helpful was the free transportation pass to the buses, trolleys and Ubahn subway.

The moment I arrived I was greeted with a smile, they asked for my name and immediately had my room card ready. I was taken to my room and from there on everything was excellent. Friendly staff especially Angie who works in the restaurant department, she went over the top to take care of me and explain/translate information. I highly recommend you to book your stay here either by yourself or family.

Excellent location close to the Koenigsallee, very friendly and attentive staff. I stayed in an upgraded renovated room - appreciated the choice of bed time pillows. Great restaurant with contemporary European - German cuisine, also focus on locally sourced ingredients.
