Pretty air-conditioned T1 RDJ classified 3 \* of 27m² benefiting from a furnished terrace of 7m² and a small garden of 15m². You will be able to enjoy the outdoors and a South-East sunshine while lounging on the sun loungers or having lunch with friends. The swimming pool is visible from the apartment, so you can enjoy swimming at any time (depending on the opening hours of course!). The apartment is ideally designed to accommodate a couple. The sleeping area benefits from a 140x190 storage bed, with a large dressing room (presence of the washing machine in the dressing room) and a wall-mounted TV. The kitchen area is functional and very well equipped (dishwasher, microwave, pyrolysis oven, induction hob), a dining area (table, chairs), a TV corner with a sofa. The bathroom/WC has a walk-in shower. The proximity of shops and the beach (750m walk) make this residence a paradise for all those who want to combine the peace and quiet of a car-free holiday.
