Auf keinen Fall mieten

Die Schlafzimmer im 1. Stock entsprechen den Bildern. Sie sind renoviert, hell und freundlich. Die Betten wahrscheinlich ok. Badezimmer und Küche sind viel dunkler. Die Fotos sind geschickt ausgeleuchtet. Die Dusche kann man als solche nicht nutzen, da es keinen Umschaltknopf/-hebel für den Duschkopf gibt. Man kann lediglich Wasser in die Wanne laufen lassen. Nicht mal Haare waschen geht. Alle vier Kochstellen des Kochfeldes weisen fettige Einbrennungen auf, desgleichen der Ofen - beides in einem Ausmaß das beides nicht nutzbar ist. Die Wohnung war seit Längerem nicht gesaugt oder gewischt worden; überall Dreck - auch in den Küchenschränken. Die Hotline des faktischen Vermieters (Novasol) ist absolut keine Hilfe. Die halten nur hin und machen nix. Wir sind erst gar nicht eingezogen und haben uns eine gescheite Bleibe gesucht. Jetzt rennen wir bei Novasol hinter dem Geld her. Sie haben uns eine Stromrechnung geschickt, obwohl wir gar nicht eingezogen waren und dieses der Hotline schriftlich kommuniziert hatten. Kannste vergessen.

Katastrophe

Die Küche war dreckig, fettig und ekelhaft, insbesondere der Herd, Backofen und die Töpfe. Nicht zu nutzen!Im Bad Schimmel (viel)in den Fugen und die Dusche funktionierte nicht. Wir sind zeitnah wieder abgereist, da auch die Kommunikation mit Novasol nach mehrmaligen Telefonaten und Emails(auch mit Fotos) keine Abhilfe geschaffen worden ist.
