Just a stone's throw from the famous Place Gambetta and the Cours de l'Intendance, the location is ideal for discovering the city's assets on foot. Located on the 3rd floor of a typical Bordeaux building, the flat has been entirely renovated with taste and offers great facilities. You will enter via the corridor which will take you into a comfortable and very bright living room facing south, with a sofa, coffee table, armchairs and a beautiful fireplace. The fully equipped kitchen is located opposite the living room with a dining area for 5 people. The bedrooms are served by a corridor, The first bedroom has a queen size bed (160 cm) with a TV in front of the bed, a shower room with Italian shower, washbasin and WC. The master bedroom has a queen size bed (160 cm) as well as a single bed (90 cm), the bathroom attached to the bedroom has a nice tiled Italian shower, a large bathtub and 2 sinks. The flat is equipped with Wifi and linen (optional). You will also benefit from a parking space in the Auditorium public car park, cours Georges Clemenceau, a stone's throw from the flat. There is a noise detector "Minut" on site. DEPOSIT As part of your rental, a bank imprint of €350 is required and must be made via your Enso Connect accommodation guide. Please note that an additional administration fee of €4.50 applies. The hold does not affect your credit card limit and is automatically cancelled within two days of your departure, subject to compliance with the general terms and conditions of sale and the accommodation being returned in perfect condition. Friendly staff, comfortable and clean. Just be aware it's up three flights of stairs with no lift. No air-conditioning but fans were provided. We arrived late and were charged a late fee which we were only aware of after booking. There was no toilet paper in either bathroom on arrival. We really enjoyed our stay here and thought the location was fantastic. Right in the heart of the city but not on a main road so not too busy. Right opposite a supermarket and restaurants, bars and shops within minutes of leaving the apartment. Just be careful if you struggle with stairs - three flights of stairs and no lift. And no air con but powerful fans dotted all across the apartment. Comfy beds and large rooms, good kitchen facilities and having two bathrooms was perfect for travelling with friends - great pressure on both showers. Lots of space to lounge. Very clean and comfortable and would highly recommend. Communication was excellent and check-out very easy. Demande de caution (ce que j'ignorais) pour justifier le fait de ne pas avoir appelé le jour de notre arrivée ( pas de réponse à mon message écrit de la veille non plus), tout ça sur un ton condescendant et hautain. Aucune disponibilité pour nous accueillir à 17h donc simples explications (sms) rapides pour que l'on se débrouille tout seul. Pas d'état des lieux d'entrée ni de sortie puisque sans accompagnement (pourquoi une caution ?) .
